Once you take the screws out of the windshield header panels, what else do you need to do to remove them w/o damage? I am pretty sure they have a sealer in there.

There is a sealer. I removed mine by heating with a blow dryer, and gently prying a little at a time. Also be sure that the side pieces and visor brackets are out of the way.
