Estimated value for the 327 that came out of my 68 Camaro? It's the 210HP version with 2-bbl carb. Complete from oil pan to carb, including alternator, PS pump, water pump,... Ran pretty good when we pulled it out.
I also have the saginaw 3-speed manual transmission with floor shifter and linkage.
How much do you think each are worth?

why do you want to separate the original motor from the car?
If you do, what's the date code and partial, etc?

The engine block is stamped VO622MA and 18N465891.
I don't have the markings from the transmission.
I decided to replace the original drivetrain with a new 383 stroker and a TKO 5-speed for better performance and driveability. I considered rebuilding the 327 but found a good deal on the stroker. (And yes, the 327 matches the VIN for my car and I may decide to keep it in storage for a true restoration later on. But it's a plain jane Camaro, non SS etc...) Just wondering what they might be worth.
