Bob, check the VT letters again. Something's wrong here. You sure it's not IV?

But, from what you posted, you have a 1967 Full Size 396, and if it IS IV, then it's a 396/325 with a Turbohydramatic.

No way to tell if it came from an Impala, Biscane, Caprice, etc... since they're all designated "Full Size", but one thing's for sure, it didn't come out of a Camaro.

That block has the right cast date, I am in need of a may 67 built 396 325hp engine, what numbers would I need to find the correct engine. Is there a web site with #s to help my search??? Thanks

Bob, that is the correct engine casting for a 67 Camaro, just the wrong suffix code. The 3902406 block was used in the 67 Full Size, 67 Chevelle and 67 Camaro, in both a 2 bolt and 4 bolt configuration (depending on the HP rating). Check the casting date on the passengers side of the block. It'll probably be late April or early May.
