I'm buying repro panels for my 69 instead of having the original ones reskinned. My car is not anything special (other than being a 1st gen camaro:) I'm not a original type of person mainly because my cars were not bought original and I don't have the $$ for NOS stuff. My old door panels, kick panels, arm rests are worn being that they are original. One door panel is pretty rough, one is fair. The kick panels are fair. I don't know if these can be reskinned? They have the metal backings at the top, the camaro logos, and the chrome trim on them. Are they worth trying to sell?
Thanks,
Dan

Kick panels can be cleaned and recolored. Standard door panels can be fixed if the vinyl is not ripped or delaminated from the felt too much. I have fixed warped panels and reglued the edges successfully.

I was doing a little more research on the panels. The places I've been looking were listing the complete door panels. I found at other places that they make a panel that uses the metal upper support from the old panel. It's quite a bit cheaper - about half of a fully assembled panel. I think I'm going to hang on to these just in case I decide to go this route.
Thanks,
Dan
