The area between the dash pad and windshield is going to be repainted. Is it flat, semi or other black?

It seems to be flat but I want to be sure.

It's the same formula as the front of the dash with the addition of a texturizer, and a little blue-green tint. (maybe flattener too, I can't remember for sure.) Do a search to find the actual Ditzler number. It was discussed in the last 2-3 weeks.
