i've ported and polished my heads for the first time. i installed my heads already. the question is, "i think i may haved screwed up big time'', theres a ridge running across the bottom of the chamber, almost touching the intake valve, i smoothened and blended this ridge without talking to anyone. as far as i can remember i think i was supposed to do this. as far as looking on some porting sites i dont see them doing this. what did i do and how will it work. they are a 76cc head with 2.02,1.6 valves. casting# is 3970126. i had the larger valves installed. so far i've spent $500.00 on these heads, not including all my porting work. ARE MY HEADS JUNK or did i do the right thing?
