I just removed both rear inner and outer fenderwells , I see that under the undercoating and tire rubber from all those burnouts they are painted orange , is this original. were they painted same as the car and then sprayed with undercoat?

Mine had a light coat of original body color under the sound deadener in the rear wheelwells.
