Not only looks like a restamp, but more than two months betwenn casting and assembly? Kurt, correct me if I am wrong, but seems like a stretch.

Ive seen two months difference before, but not common.
Also, wouldnt this one have likely had the VIN on the pad? Im not sure the exact cutoff date (if there is such a thing), but close to this one I would suppose.
