1)Is the correct oil cap the one with the "s" rivet? Is it just painted Chevy orange to match valve covers? 2) The vacuum hose that runs from the thermac to the bottom of the air cleaner does it have a white stripe on it? How about the vacuum advance hose? Thanks as always.

I know the correct b/b one with chrome covers is silver cad plate with the "S" rivet. I assume the painted covers got the same cap, only painted.

My repop vacuum advance hose has the white stripe. I assume it mimics the originals, but not positive. Can't speak to the other vacuum hose.

Cap is painted orange like the valve covers, I believe it is the S or Stant cap. Vacuum advance hose has stripe. Cant answer the thermac hose Q as I have a manual trans car.
