I hear ya on the too cold thing. Its a 7. All interior codes started with a 7...but to the best of my knowledge 766 doesnt exist. Theres 760, 765, 796 along with a bunch others but no 766. Sure someone will clear it up

Did the car have a auto shifter on the column or was it a three speed on the column? Can you get the axle code?

The car does not have the stock rear end in it either, it originally had the shifter on the column, and a powerglide was in it, not sure if the PG was original though....That's about all I know...The car is on ebay :thumbsup: Item 250078301639
