I have a set of Canfield SBC 220 Cc heads. From what I can tell they require .150" offset intake rockers. On the canfield site they site Crane rockers... Well, I dont think that will be a viable option for me! I found a set from Jegs, (Jegs brand) Does anyone know if these are good? I assume they are made by someone else, but who? (I know thier "Jegs heads" are also Canfields)
I Have also looked at summit and a few other online parts houses and I cant seem to find rockers that will work. This is going to go into a 383 that hopefully will have quite a bit of power. I dont want to half a** it in the valve train. Specs: GM 010 Block 4.030 bore Eagle Forged 3.75 Crank Lighweigt forged Pistons Lightweight Eagle H-beam rods Rebuilt Canfield 220 heads with 2.08 valves 292h comp cam Either Performer RPM Airgap intake or Victor Jr. (not sure yet) BArry Grant Carb 1 3/4" long tube headers Any advice is welcome!

I have used the Jeggs .150 offset rockers on a set of Pro Action heads and have been running them for five years with no issues at all. The quality seems to be verry good.
We have also used the Harland Sharp and the Scorpion rockers as well but the Jeggs are better priced. |
