I plan on taking some better pics the next time I see the car.The current owner has no interest in selling is to a collector and sees it as his car to do with whatever he wants.Either way, this car is the remains of something very worthwhile. One thing about if it were the Satmary car would be that it would be an easier car to restore since Satmary built it into a tube chassis car while he still owned it so a lot of the chassis and body could still stay.I have found one more interesting thing. The original pictures of the Jenkins car as well as the Larson car, then the Zul car and later the car in my picture show the wheel openings being radiused by cutting the wheelwells from the bottom and moving the edges back.On all the pics of Satmary's car from when he owned it it shows the rear wheel openings were stretched to be longer while maintaining the original shape as if they were cut off altogether and had a fill section added in the middle to elongate the opening while keeping the angles correct.

The 69 car didnt have anything to do with the Jenkins 69,I think they recovered Zul's 69 stripped to a shell in Jersey City soon after it was stolen.I believe it was rebuilt after it was recovered.

Rich the car I seen had plates welded over the rear marker lights, ( what was left once the other tail lights were put in it.) The owner said it was the grumpy car. Jerry M. seen the car back then also and I believe knows a few things about it.

I thought Jenkins 69 car was a 69 L78 non RS camaro. Why were plates welded over anything. The only car I know of that was converted from 68 to 69 style was Walley Booths car.
