Thumbs up Re: OLD SCHOOL "habits of the old school man"

Well - I thought I was sort of 'Olds-cool" - but I don't smoke ... anymore

I don't drink 'Unleaded' Coffee - even though my doctor told me I should ... and I told her I would
Besides, I don't drink coffee just for the stomach-ache - I need for my hands to start to shake so I know when I've had enough ...

Oh, and it's a good thing they came up with 'Twist-off" beer bottle caps - I was ruining my teeth

"When other pansy men are ordering low-carb meals the Old School Man orders red meat, rare. Ordering off the menu so he can stay on his “diet” is not something the Old School Man does. In fact he does not diet, because dieting and watching your figure is something women do."
Thats interesting...
I have lost 5kg 6% of my body weight in 5 weeks...and my belt has tightened up nearly 3"
Trew away all those modern diets BS...which includes sugars, veggie oils, flour prducts, stuff that comes in packets
Eat good old fashisioned fatty steak, lots of butther cheese, full fat milk...Drink a lot of coffee and milk...still eat big meals.
And do stuff all excerise.
Gess what my bad colestial has dropped way down, and my good gone way up....
And donated blood the other day....blood count is way up to.

Got chinese takaways the other day...veggies meat rice, tasted bloody awful ....sickly sugar...what the hell is the sugar doing in in rice veggies and meat?

Isnt it funny how since the old school food from the old school days people have got fat?

I have never read a diet book...my reasoning was simple...eat what my grandmother cooked 80 yrs ago...just cut back on the spuds.

And tough..hell the new age guy needs counselling cause the neigbour shot his bloody dog..the old school guy spent 4 yrs in the Somme or (if a kiwi) fought at dunkirk, then Afica, then middleast , then The Italy campaine...Europe fell then headed up into the Pacific...
The old school guy used to go hunting to put food on the table..the new age guy does drive bys.
The old school guy when things got tuff put a veggie garden in to feed the family, the new age guysits on the couch with a beer watches football and blames everyone one and thing around him.
The old school guy calls a spade a spade..a spade is for digging...new age guy cant tell the diffrence between a spade and a shovel...and uses a shovel to to shovel 5h!t.
