That WJ car always made me cringe. Those unpadded bars right at head level,and an open face helmet too!

WJ used this chassis in his Olds Starfires and Calais' also, they were built by Arrow Dynamics in Colorado, Bill Kuhlman also used their chassis in an AHRA P/S Monza, I understand what he was trying to accomplish but it seemed to be a dangerous way to basically overcome a caveman suspension design

The pics of Maury Rose's D/G Corvette at Milan a few pages back are priceless, I met Maury in the late '80's and have heard stories of the 'Vette but had never seen it.....thanks

I believe that car was updated to look like a big bumper car and then sold in the late 70's,and shortly after that it was rolled over a few times in a bad crash and destroyed. WJ called that car Hercules because from the time when he bought it as a new car in 1970 until the day he sold it he put something like 1100 runs on it.
