Well, although I am slightly biased to putting the money into that great looking car. I can only point out to you a few things:

The suspension will usually increase the value of non-numbers matching car.

The suspension can always be removed and sold or saved for the next one if things don't work out as planned.

The car will never get a big head from compliments or create a "vulcher feeding" scene in public when you take it out on the town!
