Im back!!!
after a couple months of my laptop being down, I got it going again. I added a bit more memory and installed the windows 8 system builder. I am back on line. it will still take a few days to get everything on my laptop again but I now have a working laptop again.
Ive been having withdrawals of not being on TC and have been wondering what has been going on. it was like going to a 12 step program. but just wanted to say help again.

Glad you're back online, I was wondering if you pulled special duty or something. Wish you better luck with Win8 thank most of my business partners. I have not used it yet and hope not too for some time. The guys I work with are quite unhappy with the interface and how MSFT has again gone to great lengths to hide functionality us "stupid users" don't need to know about.

Good to see your back on the 'team' Angel!
Odd thing is my laptop failed while on this trip on start-up last night  Just says "Operating System not found" right after you hit the 'On' switch ... I sure hope these computers are just a passing fad
