I was thinking of swap 10 bolt monoleaf in my 67 for a 12 bolt with multi-leaf. I know that the 67 does not have stagered shocks as the 68-69 do. So my question is what plates ( that mount to axle and shock absorber ) will I need ? Can I use the ones off my 10 bolt ? Do I need to change shock absorbers since I have read that the ones for multileaf are inch shorter or longer I cannot remember? Last question is the 3 leaf better than the 5 leaf ?

I think the mono plates for 67 have the shock a bit lower and with the 5-leaf the shock could top out before the suspension. You could use plates from a 74 Nova, I'm pretty sure the shock mount isn't as low but, look into that first. They are also non staggered for multi.
I'd go with the 3-leaf and ditch the rubber pads for a 1/4" steel spacer plate to take up the remaining space between the axle perch and shock plate. If you go with a Caltracs set up, you wont need lower plates because they come with them and have a relatively high shock mount so you can keep the same shocks. Either way, with the 3-leaf you should be able to keep the same shocks without any shock extender. I'll try to confirm what I said about the Nova plates later on today.

I am no expert, but here are a few thoughts.
You will want slide-a-links or traction bars because of non staggered shocks. These will have their own shock plates. 3 - leaf or 5 leaf ? That will be your personal choice with what you plan to do with your car. There are also 4 leafs out there. (stock on z28's)

67 Camaro mono plate on left. 74 Nova multi plate on right. They are both for non-staggered shocks but, you can see the Camaro plate will mount the shock about 1 maybe 1.5" lower.

Kevin might still have his DSE set. They are for a '67 setup and your existing shocks should work with them if you buy a set of the multileaf shock studs.
