Hi, I don't have my car (at the builder) so I cant Mock this up...
I am planning on modifying my front valance. I need a view of where the bumper brackets poke through the valance. Anyone have a picture of a 67 valance with no bumper on but the brackets on the frame? |

Here you go: The slot is actually in the fender. I had given thought to elminate/fill in mine but did not want to have law issues. When I moved to Arizona they don't care about not having a front bumper...now. Unless it changes. I plan to get some old brackets, cut them down and paint them and then just bolt them in to fill the hole.
Ran out of time when moving from Arkasnas to do it and it's way at the bottom of my list now. ![]() ![]() Little bit of distance but will give an idea of hight vs grill and rest of the 67.

I am not running a front bumper on my 67 either, I just like the look.
I have wanted to do something with the lower two "Grand Canyon" size holes as well but have not seen anything that has caught my eye. Good luck, post pictures and or ideas when you get some. I may just have to follow your lead |

For clarity.. sorry for being vague.. i need a pic of the brackets poking out of the valance...
I am trying to get an idea of how they are situatated relative to those rectangular blank spaces. I plan on using the running lights from a 69 welded into my 67 valance... but i need to understand where the bumper brackets will land.. |

Sorry I just saw that your looking for them from the frame...![]() I totally forgot about those. I have them and should be able to get a few shots if no none else can. I think I have seen a valance being sold for 67-68 that has the 69 lights. Just can't place where I have seen it.

Here is the one I have seen, I can say this one in the basic gel coat is not cheap but Anvil makes some very nice products...I have some.
Not sure if a bumper can be used with this or not? https://www.anvilauto.com/product_de...alance_cam6768
