Oklahoma?
Wondering is any members lived in the Oklahoma City area? If so..would love to get our rides together in a parking lot somewhere. There is a "free" car show the first Saturday of each month at the Texas Roadhouse restaurant located at Penn & Memorial.

The car show at the Texas Roadhouse on Memorial and Penn just South of Quail Springs Mall. The show is the first Saturday of every month and is free. All you have to do is show up early to claim a spot in their parking lot. Cars of all kinds and ages are there.

Sounds fun. I'll make it for March if I can. Will ask a few friends with first gen cars also. What time of day...lunch or dinner? What time is considered "early"?

I usually get to the show around 7am but spots up close open up all the time as cars come and go. Most cars leave around 11am to noon. Depending on weather, and types of cars there, I try to stay at least a few hours. The restaurant is not open so you might want to bring something to eat.

The weather looks like it might be pretty good this Saturday so I plan on being at Texas Road House around 7am or so. Hope to meet some of you. I'll be driving a Burgandy/wine colored 67 Camaro convertible.

Well, unfortunately I now have a funeral to attend Saturday. I won't be able to make it Saturday morning.
I think I'll still get some friends together and maybe cruise to Texas Roadhouse at I-40 and MacArthur for dinner.
