73 Camaro Number
Is there anyway to tell if a 73 Camaro is a true Z28 from these numbers?

That is not the vin for a Z28. The 5th digit of the VIN will read "T".

www.nastyz28.com is a GREAT place for 2nd gen Camaro owners
as stated above, that car VIN was not a Z28 and is not a Z28 (unless it is dressed up to look like one), regardless, no Z28 for that VIN
