Well at least you don't need a whole new engine like i had too. Getting ripped is part of life, i think. Lol ..

Probably the one on top, but I can't be sure. Put them down flat and take a picture of the side where the thrust washer goes. The thrust washer for the posi gear is smooth with no lip. The thrust washer for the standard gear has a lip around the inner edge and probably won't fit in the posi gear.

Oh oh, all my thrust washers have lips on them. I put it together using the ones in the top photo. Got .006 and .005 backlash by adding shims to the clutch packs. The spider gears were a little hard to put in, but not bad though. I took a photo anyway.

Since I dont have a service manual. What are the torque figures to see if the clutches are grabbing properly. I place the axles in each side right? and turn one wheel hub right? I appreciate the help

Probably anything over 40 foot pounds is good. I set them up different when I put them together. I shim them tight. Did you use the limited slip oil additive on the clutches when you put it together? Lubrication will have an affect on the torque.
