I called American Auto Wire and they said they didn't have anything. The guy I talked to recommended looking at pcsconnectors.com. I went to the website and found these. www.pcsconnectors.com/delphi_terminals.aspx
They look similar but don't know if they are the same. Never heard of lectric limited. I will have to see if I can find them and give them a call.

Just doing some more looking online and found this site. Shows a picture about 1/2 way down that looks like my connector. http://www.rowand.net/shop/Tech/Auto...Connectors.htm
I think I will give them and try and find out. It appears that the 67 is different than the 68 and 69.

I have PCS bookmarked from other threads. Here is one of my links:
http://www.pcsconnectors.com/search.aspx?find=twin+lock Though, I'm pretty sure I had it marked because those terminals are used in things like the turn signal switch, rear body harness, and center console... They look the same as what you've pictured. But...

Those bulkhead connectors are the "TwinLock" design from Packard Industries ...There was a thread eons ago that identified them and gave a source, but they've gone out-of-bus. or at least off-the-web according to a recent search - they sold them in bags of 10~12 for @$8 ![]() There are two common sizes in the connectors; 12/14 Ga = PCS #6288953 18/20 Ga = PCS #2973915 There's also a special Crimping Tool for them - it was expensive

Is the crimper necessary or can you use needlenose pliers and solder?

I guess you 'could' ...
Heck I've seen a guy closing a crimp with a vise ![]() But using the correct tool will give the best mechanical bond and assure the strain-relief is correctly locked on the insulation. I have seen these crimpers in stores for under $20 (I know, a lot to spend for something you don't think you'll use often) - I bought mine years ago at a "Bargain" price of just under $100 ... and I've seen them for twice that on some sites ... Crimps look like this - I use mine more often that I would even thought, specially because they will do most of the GM and others Packard style connectors. Maybe you can just check around with a few shops in your area a find a mechanic that would be willing to do the crimps for you after you've got everything ready for a few $$ - worth a try anyway.

I can't spend $100 for crimpers but could swing $20. Any idea where I could find a set of crimpers for close to $20?

Well ... not the place I bought mine through, or this place - http://crimpsupply.com/packard-delph...FWIGRQod5msQlw -
![]() But 'Amazon' seems to have several - like this - that may be just the ticket for the $$
