Unles hes selling it to the owner of the car that it came from he's going to have to lower it way below 3K. The market won't support the insane prices of a few years ago, and its only the block, not the whole engine.

OP included the partial VIN - 19L524367. Picture above is of a different block that sold on eBay a few weeks ago for $3,250 - non-original stamp and no visible partial vin.
