1970 camaro 12 bolt
Any idea how much to sell a 1970 12 bolt , posi, 456 geared rear end for?

If it's in good condition you're looking at well over $2000. 12 Bolt internals are expensive and so is the shop time required to rebuilt and set them up. I personally would not take any body's word on the condition and have an experienced rear end man check the item before I put out the money on a complete assembly.
