Question rear window defroster switch.

Anyone know where they were located? There was one in the car, but wire was cut & I never could find a switch. This is 67 without air.

square hole left of the steering column, bottom of instrument cluster (same hole as convert top switch). switch should be a round knob if I remember correctly.... its in the assembly manual
