eBay DZ block??
I thought they used "I" instead of "1" for pad stamps. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Used both. Mostly the "I" stampings seem to show up when the code called for two or more "1" stamps, such as VO1I05. My guess is they kept running out of "1" stamps because they were used so often.
