Default Stock subframe and PT

I have some concerns about the stock subframe in Angie's car. The plating under the main crossmember is pushed up pretty far, and the whole subframe looks warped down the middle. It is as if the car was jacked up in the middle, then it folded around the jack.

Does anyone have measurements that I can use to check if it is still true and square? I have the FSM measurements to check it from mount to mount, but not to see if the whole thing is bowed. She wants to PT the car, so I want the subframe correct before I look into front suspension options. We will have to replace the control arms because they are bent on the passenger side, but we aren't sure which ones to use or if we should change to the tall spindle or not.

Any help?
