Default LS engine using truck intake and accesories

will the LS engine fit in a first gen using the truck intakes and pulleys brackets and loctions? i think i heard the a/c compressor wil not fit where the trucks is located. aftermarket serp belt setups are way too much money.
i have an extra truck intake, fuel rail etc.

I think the truck intake is too high, at least thats what I have heard in the past. It may also depend which brand motor mounts/subframe you plan to use. By the way, I have a complete LS1 intake with everything- fuel rails, injectors, TB etc.
