like a complete new rear end or a rebuild? Youngs 4x4 in tulsa did my rearend for about half the price of any other place in town. There number is 437-9393. You can ask them about your tranny to, i know he will do some transmission work. If not i can recommend a few other places.

Lesters Gear rear end shop out on north Lewis is the best one I have found...$100 plus parts to install a new R&P. I've had a number of rear ends done there and have been very happy with their work.
There is a hot rod/fabrication shop out on 46th and Mingo that I bet could handle your tranny conversion. Real nice guy runs the place, and he always has a lot of very cool stuff in there.

It may be because I always take the rear ends in without a car attached to them Any of the local mechanics in Skiatook want $300-400 to set one up. I really need to learn how to do it myself anyway...I've got a couple more that need gears in them, and I really don't want to pull the rear end out from under that suburban.
