I just finished building a rotisserie. My connection points are the sub-frame in the front and the bumper holes in the rear. How do you determine the center of rotation? When I spin the car it takes two men and a boy to tip it back up. I'm afraid it is going to "Poseidon" on me. Thanks.

Trail and error to find center of gravity or put a big and little sprocket with chain and handle to crank it around. with locking pin of course.

I built Scotts rotisserie with a few minor changes. He has the balance on the money with his plans. I can spin the car around to either side with one hand and no help. Set up your adjustments so the pivot points to the mounts are at similar settings relative to Scott's plans. If you can't turn the car without help, you have balance wrong and that is a dangerous situation that needs to be corrected before you move on.

Thanks for the help. I didn't think that being a little bit out of balance would make that much of a difference. Scott's plans are great. A little remodeling to mine and I will be all set. Thanks, Lloyd
