I like 69 Pace. The others run together and most wouldn't know what Z11 or ND500 ment.

Whats the rule for vanity plates in CO?

Mine is RPO Z11. Mass has a maximum of 6 characters and you have to have letters first, and once you change to numbers you cant switch back to letters.

INDY 69 is another one I wanted originally, but it was taken.

Does Co have an online web site where you can check availability of different letter/ # combinations before applying?? I would think those are already gone. Maybe not 69ND500

Can you have a Year of Manufacture (YOM) plate in CO? I have one on my 69 Z/28 in FL and it get a lot of looks.

RPO Z11 is cool, it's even more obscure than 1969Z11 so only guys like us would get it. It would be allowed in Colorado. INDY 69 would be also be OK in Colorado, that's pretty good. Actually 69 INDY looks like it would work too, those are both good.

I've checked with the State, all three of the plates in the poll are still available, and I've I've applied for them already. PACECAR is gone, I think Larry C. has that one.

Will have to chose one of the three unless you guys come up with something better (you're doing pretty good so far!).

No year of manufacture plates here. The plate I have on it right now is an actual regular plate from about 1977. It is GS-1969. I went in and asked the County Clerk for that number way back when....the guy actually went downstairs and pulled it out of a box for me! Would have been cool to get SS-1969 but back then each county had it's own letters, so SS would have been a different county. I was driving a 69 Vette back then, daily driver!
