Default Suitable ignition for EFI?

I need to come up with a suitable ignition to work with my c950 for electronic spark control.

I currently have an msd 8360, and like it a lot. I'd like to stay with an MSD product, but I'm open to suggestions.

The holley system has a 4 pin weatherpack type connector, but it's currently cut off, so my connection options are wide open.

I looked at an MSD 8366, but it has 2 connectors right in the side of the distributor, very sanitary, but I have nothing to plug into them.

MSD Distributor:

Holley Adapter:

Coil Wires:

Part Number: 12101896 (Coil Power/Tach feed)

Part number: 12048976 (Coil to Distributor connection)

You will have to splice in IGN power to the fat wire on the 12101896 connector and the smaller wire will feed your tach, the plug end goes to the coil. The 12048976 connector goes from the other side of the coil to the smaller plug in on the distributor (left side). The Holley adapter will take the plug that you have and connect it to the larger plug in (right side) on a small body computer controlled HEI distributor.

And....BAM!!!! (to quote John Madden), you have computer controlled timing with an MSD distributor!!

P.S. MSD coil for above:

I'm not sure you can't run what you have if you lock out the advance and use the white points wire from the Holley EFI.

True, the other option is to use your current distributor. Just connect the cut off yellow "Tach Feed" wire to your coil and you can run EFI without computer controlled timing.

The easist thing is to run a small cap HEI, stock or MSD. Converting a mech. adv unit is tricky for some as you have to get the phasing correct and make sure you don't get any noise into the RPM input.

You can buy the metripak connector and just put it on your harness.
