I am thinking about installing DSE Minitub kit in my 69 but was wondering what you guys are using for a fuel tank??
The DSE one seems expensive, are there any other choices?? Thanks |

You will have to run a narrowed tank either from DSE which is a Rock Valley Tank or one from Rick's. Expensive either way.

Or buy a new repro and narrow it.

Ricks first then if using a DSE rear end set-up or their tub kit I would use theirs unless Ricks would work. For FI nothing beats Ricks.

Ricks uses the Rock Valley tank I think. IIRC, Ricks doesn't tell you that Rock Valley also converts new stainless repro tanks for fuel injection...for a couple hundred bucks less.

I bit the bullet and bought the DSE tank at Goodguys Columbus. I've been putting it off cause all of these darned stainless tanks are so damned expensive but, I sold my stock tank long ago.
Let me know if you want any dimensions or something off of this DSE tank.

Minitub fuel tanks are 3" narrower than stock.
