Default Radiator support filler panels

I came upon these and thought they were cool and very cheap in comparison to a similar one available through Detroit Speed. Cool stuff. I ordered a polished filler panel and a cowl hood grill. I'll try to remember to let you know how they come out.

Thanks,

I'd be very interested to see the finished product. For the price, this seems like something I'll be ordering very shortly.

Thinking about ordering one of these as well. But I would like to hear someone answer this previously asked question. Anybody using this panel have any fitment problems or rattling problems?

Ordered mine on e-bay for the hotrod and if it does rattle I cant hear it over the 4" exhaust. But it fits tight enough I dont think it would be a issue.

That looks SWEET...When and IF I ever get to the point of needing one, I will get one. First I need something to put it on.

From bumper bolt to bumper bolt it fit perfect. I have about 1/16" on one end between the panel and my pass fender and on the driver side ot buts up against the fender edge perfect. Since the mounting holes are right on I have to say my fender - fan shroud are a little off even though it doesn't show anywhere else...

As for rattling there isn't any even though it just rests in place except for the 2 ends...

I have one of these and like the look however I had to open up the mounting holes to get it to bolt up properly.

Just a note, make sure your upper hood latch bolt does not rest on the panel or you will have an ugly little scar. It happened on mine and also a friend was showing what he just put on his and when he raised his hood he had the same mark as mine. It may not be an issue for any but better safe than sorry. Mine is black and his was aluminum finish. I just ordered a polished one to replace mine. It seems to help on cooling also.

Give Matts classic bowties a call. They have 10 or so different kinds hanging on the wall. Matt's camaro has on with his company name engraved with silver lettering. Pretty cool.
They can order one with what ever you want engraved.

If I am not mistaken, the undercover innovations will do a custom job.
