Has there been a post listing all the different aftermarket EFI solutions for non EFI Camaros?

I don't think so, there's just too many, even if you only count turn-key kits for gen 1 motors.

Holley is probably the most popular turn key kit vendor, they have a number of different systems ranging from $1400 to $3000 or so. Edelbrock is in there, MSD just released a system, tho it is not in the form of a complete kit, and don't forget FAST and a host of others that play to a higher end audience than Holley and Edelbrock.

Also worth note is retrofitting an oem setup such as TPI or LT1.

Or you can go with a complete kit like the ram jet crate motors from GM. SB or BB complete with everything and ready to drop in.
