Question 85 seville rear discs on a 68 Camaro

After reviewing numerous posts I am still unclear if this setup ; 85 rear seville discs will work on a 68. I know about the staggered shock clearance issue, and the 5 on 5 bolt pattern. Does any one know if the 85 seville rotors are 11" or less and are 5 X 4 3/4 bolt pattern? Also if the seville caliper brackets wont work, would those brackets from Steel tech solutions work that I see adv. on ebay for 80.00$ Thanks for a followup. Note I will be using a 10 bolt 8.5 nova rear end.

Please get into the archives b/c years ago I posted a Table for ALL this stuff.

ALL GM Part numbers, rotor sizes, bolt pattern dia's and fitment discriptions so please have at it!!

I used 1980 Cad Seville e-brake calipers and custom caliper brackets that mount to my 12-bolt using 1989 Camaro rear 11.75" dia. rotors b/c the stock Seville are only 10.5" in dia!!

Thus, they better match my custom designed 13" dia, 1988 'Vette front rotor "pdqCBB" conversion.

pdq, thanks for the feedback! I am trying to locate that inf. you mention still searching. My 68 is a grocery getter just trying to get better braking performance to compete with the newer cars that can stop on a dime. I have to really be careful and practice safe following distances. I am looking to put a kit disc system on the front 11" rotors and disc on the back 11" or less nothing drastic. Thanks again

Here's 2 threads of 58 I found... Use the advanced search and put in "seville" as the search word, then under user put "pdq67" and you'll get hours of reading...
