Default How low can you go

I have been searching posts to see how much people have lowered their cars . At the moment mine is 11 " from front hub centre to fender lip front , I haven't measured rear yet. running 17x8 TTII's all round . how low is yours ?

First, 11" has got to be pushing the limits, as 12" seems to be the max for most 2" front drops. Second, I've read that a 2" drop is the safest limit in most applications to lower an F body. Wish I could recall the article, but it was in a Chevy mag. I think you start getting into geometry problems below 2", but can't recall. Perhaps someone will chime in here.
