Default RS Headlight Routing Check Valve & filter

Just got a 68 convertible RS/SS. Vacuum headlight system is new but incomplete. The filter and check valve were not installed. From 68 and 69 diagrams I can't figure out where to put these two. 68 has two outlets on the vacuum retention tank, 69 appears to have one. Can't figure out placement of the check valve that has three ports (2 larger, one small). Anyone know what to do with this? I'd love to get this done soon. I'm sure to have more questions later as a newbee to all this.

Thanks,
Bill

Bill you posted this question in a 'test section' where folks try out signature lines and practice posting pictures. You need to hop up to Tech Section with your question.
