12437=Coupe NOR=Norwood assembly plant ?=Sequential body number 721=Medium green standard interior 50=Dover white S=Midnight Green vinyl top 10D=October 4th week production That is the strangest color combo I have ever heard of, it's got to be a rare combo. Do you have any other questions? Is the car still white with green top and interior, can you post pics so people can see? X44=Base model car

John - what's even weirder is that it looks like there's more of that same general combo from near the end of 69 production. Here's a thread on a car that's darn near a twin.
http://www.camaros.net/forums/showth...over+green+top My gut tells me that the green top was not real popular (looked at CRG for info but didn't see any), and maybe they were just trying to use them up at the end of production. It is not by far the weirdest combo we've seen, but it wouldn't seem to be popular for sure.

I think the worst on the 69 Camaros has to be the Hugger Orange exterior with the dark green interior.

That's the combo I was thinking of. John, I don't think I have ever seen a pic of any of these, because usually they have been changed in the 30 plus years since assembly.

There is an Orange/Green '69 somewhere on the net that is for sale. I just saw it last week.

green vinyl top is and was more popular than you think. I have seen alot of 59 S and 57 S color combos.

The car has been changed alot , it's for sale , and needs alot of work , the guys asking 6,500.00 i have to travel 4 hours to it and i'm not sure i want to . all because of it's ugly colors.

I didnt see the car, but talked to a guy that has a Gold, brown vinyl top, white HS interior Z.

Wasn't there a weird combo an a Z/28 discussed recently that the owner wanted $200K because it was "rare"? Orange/green.
