Default 87 iroc problem

ive got an 87 with a problem with acceleration, ive replaced plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor bug, coil, and my fuel filter.....

but havent check my fuel pressure because it doesnt seem to be "running out of gas". also wondering about the MAF and if there is a way to test it with a meter...

Just wondering if anyone has run into this problem too.....tired of replacing parts....

any info would be appreciated

Insted of throwing parts at it I would take it to a qualified mechanic. There are way to many components that can cause a loss of aceleration.

Amen. and the first thing to check on any EFI car is fuel pressure. Lack of fuel CAN cause that problem (tho many other things can too) AND the pump and filter are about the most ignored parts on that car.
