I have redone my quarters and was wondering what the original width of the Quarter Panel Lip was?.. You know the wheel well lip.... The new skins have a width about 1.5 inches, this is too wide, What should the orignial width be?

On my (original) '69, they're about an inch; just a little less than the width of the bright molding.

69's have a narrower lip than 67 and 68's.

Hi, I've got a 68, and I measured the lip to be 1"1' I definitely know that is too wide, I installed new inner fenders and the quarters. The previous quarters had rolled lips to fit larger wheels.
