Default Garage Cabinets (Nothing is free...)

Okay so I watched this guy's dog for a month and he is a home builder and had his guys come build me garage cabinets as a thank you... SWEET!

Here are pics (Make sure to scroll to the bottom for the bad news...

The bad news? When they were putting in the wood, they dropped a piece against my camaro project (even though I wheeled it out) and dented the pi$$ out of the right 1/4 panel that I had installed.......

DOH!!!!!

Nice cabinets!
At least the car hadn't been painted.
Let me know if the guy needs someone to watch his dog again, I need cabinets in my garage!

I'll just park my car somewhere else.

Seriously, sorry about the car.

Yeah, nice cabs. Pretty good payment for babysitting a dog for a month.

RE: the dent - if you had "wheeled it out" how the heck did they hit it?

Well, you could buy several more qtr panels for less than the price of what someone would've charged to build/install those! Very nice.

If the car is insured, you should be able to claim it...or maybe your homeowner's insurance covers it...

I work at a cabinet shop and you made out like a bandit (if you dont figure in the dented camaro) we would charge at least $3000 for that many cabinets installed, not a bad payment for dog sitting.

I hit my B-I-L up for used cabinets whenever he's doing a kitchen re-model (his trade)

Hint,Hint (you gotta know someone in the trade)

Yeah since the car isnt painted yet it isn't a big deal. They were cutting one of the 10' panels and it fell and tagged the car. You can see it in pic 1 - just the size of a golf ball so I still made out I suppose... I was still pretty annoyed by their dopey move though...
