Hello,
Please help I have a 68 Convertible the hazzard lights are working but i dont have any turn signals. Does this sound like the turn signal switch or the relay? If it is the relay where is it? Thanks Matt |

If you have flashers and stop lights, then the t/s flasher needs changing.

Worth noting that the flasher in the fuse box is ONLY for the hazards. There is a second flasher mounted in a clip screwed to the lower edge of the dash, just to the left of center, for the turn signals.
Also, a whole lot of problems like this in 67-68's especially can relate to bad grounds in various places... you might do a very careful "walk around" and check to see exactly what works and what doesn't... do this both with the headlight switch on and with it off.

T/S is turn signal, and it's located where Jim said.

As said, to the left (driver side) of the steering column sitting in a metal clip.

It's pretty much directly below the ignition switch.

On a 69 it is above the radio under the dash. It is in a metal clip. What is funny about the flasher is I have owned my camaro 27 years and my blinkers were always slow blinking. Then I finally got tired of them, I started troubleshooting them and found out the relay was different than the one on the fuse block. When I found it and unplugged it, it broke in my hand. I replaced it and they work great now. Go figure!!!!!!!!!!!
