Default Two-Tone Paint Jobs

Anyone have any pics of two-tone paint jobs? I cant decide what color to paint my car. I love black but I think I want to do something a little different. Im thinking of a two-tone Black & Silver.. If anyone has pics it would be great to see how the colors are divided..

Not my car but one of the best looking 69's I have seen! (The paint, not the car in general because I could do without the interior)

Or if you want to check out alot of good looking cars just go to:

No black on it, but an example of two tone on a Camaro!

Awesome car Steve. I like how you have it split.. How do you guys think a Gun Metal will look up top with black on the bottom?

Being that Im a professional painter Im having a serious issue deciding what to do because I can do it any way I want.. I initially wanted straight black. But I got friends and family telling me that would be dumb simply because I am a pro painter and should do something special.. :/

There's a cool looking car at this site:
www.bigdicksmusclecars.com

Go to Main Inventory and you'll see a black/silver 69...similar lines to the one posted here. The pictures aren't too big, but you can get a good idea of what it would look like.

the paint is being stripped from my '68 even as I sit here. I have a '69 stock/original so I would like to go with something like a 2 tone on my 68, or something at least a little different. All of these are great looking cars. MIIKER:... just because you're a pro painter doesn't mean "straight black" isn't "special" that may be a great reason to do it black.. there is nothing prettier than plain black imo, and I keep thinking that direction.

This is hard to picture in my mind, maybe you can have someone photoshop it or have a rendering made up....just a suggestion before you spend all the time and effort, make sure you like it first...lol!

Oh, and thanks for the compliment, good luck and show us pics when you decide!

There's an amazing looking silver and red 69 on YouTube. Search red 1969 camaro. I need to fing out what colors those are. Thinking about doing the silver top or white with black pinstripe in between the two. Ideas. More two tones!?
