There's a guy on Yahoo auctions with a 67 Z/28 or so he claims. Other than the obvious wrong items like a Z/28 emblem on the grille, a 327 motor, auto trans and strange paint job, it looks fair. My question is didn't 67 Zs only come in 1 or 2 colors?

According to Jerry Mcneish's 67-68 Z/28 book, the 67 came in most all factory Camaro colors. It even lists counts of how many and which color. By the way, I wouldn't even think about bidding on any car sight unseen through the internet.

Nope. A Z was available in any color.
Get the trim tag info. It will tell us what the car was. ------------------ Kurt S. www.camaros.org |

I wasn't going to bid. I was just hoping to get a little ammo to prevent somebody who doesn't know what's up from getting stuck. $20,000 is a lot of money for a 67 that is by no means orginal.

like they said they came in any color and you also had the option of white or black stripes depending on your color. I own a 67z and they only sold 602 of them according to the white book. mine is Bolreo red with white stripes.
