Default Manual Bead roller

Hey guys, I know this will probably end up in the Tools section, but there is this manual bead roller at HF.
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=34104
It is listed at $119.99 in this months ad. It normally retails for like $149.99.

The kicker is that the exact same thing goes for $179.99 on eastwood. I mean it's a bead roller, not power equipment. I think it's a good price plus there is a 15% off coupon in the back of the ad that applies!
SWEET!

I just thought some of the other metal heads would like to know!

Try this one.

It's worth the extra money.
It's made in the U.S.A. I have it and it is great. I made patch panels for my toe boards.

i was considering buying this(still might) and i was reading reviews about it. from what i read, its a decent bead roller, it just needs beefed up. sometimes the jaws will spread apart, so what people are doing is welding supports on the back side or just making a new frame and bolting the rollers and assembly to it.

I agree with welding extra support this is what I had to do to mine as well. When you tighten them down and roll the beed the thing rolls down over either side depending the direction you turn the handle.Me personaly would recomend buying one that costs a little more and is beafier. The link that was posted[try this one] looked to be decent compared to the flat plate style like the harbor freight and the one I bought...JMO....
