Default Front sway bar color ???

Is the front swaybar on a 69 Camaro originally natural or black ??? Ive seen and read about both I'm leaning towards black but whats your opinion ......

It is suppose to be natural. I painted mine cast iron gray.

Its supose to be a blackish gray, the factory did a heat treatment that left it black.

My original was painted black. Haven't seen it since 1970. That's when I replaced it with one from Addco. The remnants of the Addco part number sticker is still there. I sure don't miss that weak, original bar!

1000cfm AED and HD Harold-Lunati SR, 725 lift with shaft rockers too.

no big deal.... as long as its clean and detailed I'm sure they look good no matter what color they are. I'm going gloss black to add some contrast to my satin subframe

My free rear replacement sway bar from Addco is gloss black POWDER COATED. When I replaced it last year the other color available was gold. No thanks.
