Default Headlight spring tool

I made this from an old screwdriver to remove and install the spring that holds the headlights in place. It works great, much better than the coathanger I had used. It was a cheap screwdriver and cut easily with a hacksaw.

I like it...prob pay $10 or more for the same thing at a parts store and it would be called a specialty tool !

I have a elcheapo set of ring spanners and S/drivers
If something is a little hard to get to..eg dizzy hold down bolt or top rear spring hanger
Grab one of the elpcheapos, heat bend cut weld what ever to make easy
then these go into my spcialist draw.

Absolutely! I specifically titled this post with the tool name in a feeble attempt to make it easier to search if at some future time, someone were to try to research a project they are working on.

Post some of what you made, I might need to do that same job sometime.
