where can I find the engine assembly date for a '69 S.S. 396/350? can't find the location on CRG... could be my early start to New Years...

The code should look something like T0124JB. In this case, the "T" would mean assembled at the Tonawanda factory, 0124 would be Jan 24, and the JB would be the application code. See if this link helps: http://www.camaros.org/drivetrain.shtml#PadStamps
