Hi all, I am getting a 1977 camaro and want to put some drag tires, or something like it on it. Now i want these mainly because there huge and get good traction. I know that there horible to have if your not draging. What im wanting to know is would drag tires fit on a normal axel of a 1977 camaro, what would i have to do to make it so they would fit, or is there some sort of tire that is biger than normal tires but small enough to fit in the wheel well? Any help is apritiated. Thanks,
Sam |

Are you wanting to Pro-Street the car or just put bigger than size tires? If pro-Street it requires a narrowed frame in the back and is fairly expensive. If your only wanting a larger tire than stock, there are lots of options out there. Go to www.nastyz28.com for more info on the second gen Camaros.

I dont really want to pro street it, its going to be a daily driver for a while. I just now thought of it, but the guy im buying it from did some rear end work to make it a drag car, but the quaters wernt changed. Im really just wanting some really wide tires, idk why, ever since i seen drag tires on a car i loved them.
